Avoid Online Paid Survey Scams

This should help!

Let’s be realistic. Any earning, buying or selling on-line – everything that involves money circulation can be triggered and adopted for profit by unfair individuals – or simply, scammers. Paid online surveys are not an exception. And while it is a good opportunity to earn money by taking paid surveys, it is also a real to encounter scam survey offers.

There will probably be no way to put online scammers to extinction, but there is always a way to take additional precaution measures to avoid being scammed.

First of all, don’t be fooled by “100% guarantee” promises.
Paid survey sites can’t really provide you any guarantee that can be sufficient enough. The only thing you can “hope for" is money back guarantee in case you have bought any services from them. But if it turns to be a real scam – probably you will see no refunds ...

Be alert about document proof you may find on survey website.
Keep in mind that online documents can be counterfeit and with today’s technologies it does not take long to make any document look “authentic”.

Do not be too naive about testimonials about website's fair rewards and on-time payments etc. Scammers will take all necessary efforts to make up as many beautiful testimonials as possible to satisfy you as a potential client.

It is not that we want you to be paranoiac about any paid survey website you meet, we just want you to see it from a different prospective to be able to check everything properly if you have a feeling to do so.

Should any website leave any kind of questions or raise any suspicions, do not hesitate to contact website representatives to ask questions and clear everything for yourself. Look for the proper logical and satisfactory respond in a timely manner.

And, yes, certainly visit contact page of any website you are considering to subscribe with. On the contact page there should be all contact information available including physical addresses and contact emails. Be alert about websites that have only email address and/or only PO box for mailing as this could be a “come-profit-and-go” websites. If email address belongs to a free email service box like: hotmail, gmail, yahoo etc., keep that in mind as well.

Check “About Us” or “About Company” page. Notice if the information there is rich and satisfactory or looks fake and vague. Also, pay attention to the whole website headers and promotional slogans: are they controversy or appear to be exaggerated? Websites that promise you big rewards and easy money in no time and with little efforts are probably just boasting too much or are real scammers. Read all fine print texts (disclaimer, conditions, terms etc.) and make sure everything satisfies your expectations.

In your favor also will be to perform “whois” search on the survey website. From “whois” search you may learn: Who registered the domain name and When, and find out contact information as well. If the contact information is hidden because owners registered using proxy services, be worried to have any business with them. If web owners information is available, check if there are any paid survey websites other than current that were registered to the same company name or by the same person. This could be another scam tactic to make you fooled several times on different survey websites while you believe that all those website are legit and function independently.

You may also visit different forums and scam alert websites to check if a particular survey website had been reported there. However, even if you don’t find any information there this will not give you 100% reassurance that website is “clean”: it could be that website has been recently launched or nobody has reported that site yet.

We hope we did not discourage you yet about taking paid surveys. Knowing your options when it is time to protect yourself – this should only make you more confident!

Just received a check for $500.

Many times people don't believe me when I tell them about how much you can earn taking paid surveys online...

So I show them a video of myself actually getting paid over $500 for filling paid surveys to set the record straight once and for all.
